Well is it hot enough for you yet? Summer is really here and what better way to get away from the heat than spending time in an air conditioned model room. So if you haven't picked up the latest kit to build, just check out these new kits coming from MRC.

We have a very exciting new 1/32 scale aircraft kit from Academy and new 1/72 scale WW II aircraft kits from Italeri. These kits feature extensive revisions to existing tooling. Take a look below and see!

Our most spectacular new kit continues to be the new 1/350 scale model of the USS Wasp Assault Ship. It is available now. As we reported earlier, the kit comes complete with an extensive selection of deck aircraft and fully detailed interior decks. The iHobby Show display is shown below.

Our other big announcement of an all new 1/24 scale car model from Aoshima, the Mercedes SL 63 AMG Super Car has arrived and is in stores now. This is one of the fastest cars Mercedes has ever produced.

Finally for those of us that just don't have the time this summer, the EasyModel line continues to expand with exciting new aircraft models. In new jets, check out the new MIG 15 below which is due later this month. Also featured on the Easy Model page you'll find pictures of the new P-51B Mustangs that came in last month. If you haven't seen these Easy Model planes before, you will really be surprised at the quality and selection.
