This spectacular Navy rescue helicopter, straight off the deck of the USS Camden is uniquely decorated with Stars & Stripes decals, complex to design, yet easy to apply to make this the most striking collectible of MRC’s twin rotor series.

Modelers can also apply other included paint & very colorful decal schemes: HH-46 Marines SOMS Kaneohe Bay April 1982; N.A.S. Pt. Magu October 1989 & the HC-8 ‘Dragon Whales’ of Det-2 Norfolk Naval Air Station.

In keeping with MRC/Academy’s tradition of pinpoint accuracy, the hub and rotor assemblies are ultra-finely detailed. Naturally the cockpit is amazingly realistic, but this model is unique with its incredible interior completely detailed from the cockpit all the way back to the rear loading door.
